The establishment of AL FOUZAN Est. in 1963 was
excellent in the timing since the Kingdom was starting the construction development, tools
and enough experienced staff.
The gradual improvement enabled us to increase the size of the qualifying staff starting
advanced administrative and financial system to accompany the expanded of the construction
business in the Kingdom.
Through this era of expansion, we started some specialized construction fields such as
hospital construction and it’s facilities (King Faisal Specialist Hospital and
Research Center) .
Complication in such projects come from the various educational, scientific and technical
facilities connected to the medical side of the medical side of the project, the top
advanced technology used in this project satellite transmission of operations held in the
hospital accomplished by our Est., gave us a highly qualified reputation.
The management of the Est. realized that to continue success, the entity should take
different frame to gather more than one sided efforts and interest, hence, the
establishment has been transferred to Partnership Company including different separate
financial and administrative sectors.
As a result, the company has been approved by some of the international specialist
companies as FERIEN ( Radiation protection laboratory construction)- German Co. and JCAHO
( blood filtration and radiology Dept. construction) - American Company.
The company has established a more practical and advanced organizational charts for the
projects and the company itself to accompany the era of management.
The company established more departments to complete the management control ring as safety
and security dept., loss prevention dept. and quality control dept. these departments help
management to supervise projects as method of well management design application. |
